Yesterday you saw your calendar clearly.

But never on it.
CEO Time is where growth lives.
WHY This Matters
Without protected CEO time:
• You only solve today’s problems
• Marketing happens inconsistently
• Systems never get refined
• Revenue feels unpredictable
• You feel busy — but not strategic
CEO Time is NOT admin time.
It is NOT inbox time.
It is NOT “catch up” time.
IT IS thinking time.
Decision time.
Vision time.

NO meetings.

HOW To Install It
-Open your calendar for next week.
-Choose two blocks. Minimum 60 minutes each.
-Preferably when your energy is strongest.
-Label them clearly: “CEO Time”
-Color-code them differently from client work.
Then protect them like appointments.
If something tries to move into that space — it must earn it.
DAY 2 ACTION ITEMS
Today:
• Select 2 CEO blocks for next week
• Label them “CEO Time”
• Color-code them
• Set them to “Busy”
• Add a recurring setting if possible
That’s it.

We are creating leadership capacity first.
