Hi, I'm Gina — and I've spent my career building what others couldn't see yet.
I'm the founder of TC Boutique and the creator of Life with Gina Gil — a community and consulting company for business owners who are ready to lead their business instead of just surviving it.
My path started long before boutiques and business lounges. With over 15 years in corporate project management, I built a deep understanding of what it actually takes to run something well — the systems, the workflows, the structure that holds everything together when things get complicated. I didn't just manage projects. I learned how organizations breathe, how teams break down, and exactly what needs to happen behind the scenes for the front-facing work to shine.
So I followed that realization straight into real estate — and what I found confirmed everything. Agent after agent, broker after broker, all building remarkable client relationships and closing deals — while quietly drowning in the operational details nobody had taught them to manage. Transaction coordination wasn't just a service they needed. For many of them, it was the difference between surviving and actually scaling.
Building TC Boutique taught me more than any boardroom ever could.
TC Boutique was born from a simple belief — that real estate professionals deserve operational support that actually understands their world. And I mean that firsthand. As a licensed agent for 7+ years, I wasn't observing the chaos from the outside — I was living it. What started as transaction coordination grew into something much bigger — a full-service operational partner for agents, brokers, and growing real estate businesses who needed more than just paperwork managed.
So I got to work. I helped rebuild teams, created workflows that scaled, and stepped deeper into the operations of the businesses I was supporting. I learned what works, what breaks, and what every growing business actually needs — not what sounds good in a strategy deck, but what holds up in the real, messy, beautiful chaos of building something.
Now I'm branching into something even closer to my heart.
